Rest + Reset is herbaceous with sweet blackberry and floral notes. This blend contains some well-known herbal sleep aids like Passionflower, Valerian, Hops, and Lavender. We've also added consciousness-altering Blue Lotus and dream-inducing Mugwort, two magical ingredients that elevate this blend to make it a potent insomnia remedy... or a spiritual, lucid dream aid, if you desire.
The flavors in this tea are enhanced with Blackberry Leaf and Marshmallow Root and topped with beautiful Butterfly Pea Flower and Blue Cornflower. This blend will also naturally color your tea a beautiful shade of sleepy blue!

All of our tea blends are made with a combination of wildcrafted plants, herbs grown in our chemical-free no-till gardens, and/or certified organic from other growers (local whenever possible!)
 
1 oz of tea per bag. 
 
Suggested use is 1-3 teaspoons of herbs per 8oz of boiling water. Steep covered for 10 minutes. 
Reusable tea bag is included.
